Have you ever wished that you could control the weather outside, much like you control the dimmer light in your room? I love sleeping when it's raining outside, but then once I wake up, I'm ready for a little sunshine and can't have any. I suppose it wouldn't work well if everyone had this power, I mean, there are way too many people in this world to be able to do that sort of thing.
